Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes or international destinations.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and shipping method.

Some products are stocked and shipped directly from our facility, while others are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Shipping Methods
We offer ground shipping for most standard items. Expedited or air shipping options are not guaranteed and may not be available for all products.
Large or oversized items may require freight (LTL) shipping and specialized delivery services.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the product type, product size, order value, shipping method, and delivery location.

For certain items—particularly large, heavy, or freight-shipped products—shipping charges are calculated after the order is placed and prior to shipment.

If additional shipping charges apply, the customer will be notified and must approve the final shipping cost before the order is shipped.

These charges are not always included at checkout and may be billed separately once freight arrangements are confirmed.
Drop-Ship Orders
Some products are shipped directly from third-party manufacturers. These orders may include additional handling or drop-ship fees and may ship separately from other items in the same order.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, manufacturer lead times, holidays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been submitted, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Orders that have already shipped or entered freight scheduling may be subject to restocking fees, shipping charges, or cancellation penalties.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Customers must inspect all shipments upon delivery. Any visible damage should be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery.
Claims for damaged, lost, or missing items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
